I paid for premium but it is not unlocked.

Make sure you are signed into the same Google Play account that made the purchase, then restore purchases or reinstall the app. If it still fails, email support with your order details.

Can I transfer premium to another device?

Yes. On Android, purchases are tied to your Google account. On iPhone, they are tied to your Apple account. If you restore purchases and it still does not unlock, contact support.

Do you store my photos?

No. Nixpix processes photos on-device only. See the Privacy Policy for details.
